CLICK HERE -> Mesa Market Overview

The current real estate market is showing signs of stabilization, with a typical home price around $487,000 and homes selling for about $454,000 on average.
While the number of houses for sale is relatively high at 1,332, the speed of sales has slowed down, with homes sitting on the market for an average of 67 days. This is a shift from the past few years when homes were flying off the shelves much quicker. Over the past five years, we’ve seen a significant increase in home prices, but recently, the trend has shifted slightly, with prices dipping by about $11,000 this year. The market has also become more favorable for buyers, as many homes are experiencing price reductions—about 50% of listings have seen a price cut recently. This means that if you’re a buyer, you might find some good deals out there, while sellers may need to be more flexible with their pricing to attract buyers in this more balanced market.
